[Siren Ménage Everlasting: Erotic Futuristic Sci-Fi Ménage a Trois Romance, M/F/M, HEA]
When you absolutely, positively have a world to save, you need to call in…the Drunk Monkeys.
Celia Jorgens is a reporter from Chicago. Traveling to Australia, she’s chasing the story of a lifetime—and a scientist she thinks might have answers to stop the deadly Kite virus that’s ravaging the globe.
Tango and Doc are part of the Drunk Monkeys elite special ops unit. They’ve been given a mission, to bring in the scientist and use the reporter to find him.
Unfortunately, it turns out shadow factions want them to fail, and the men no longer know who they can trust. As passions flare between Celia and her two hunky military men, they all find themselves in a race to escape Australia before the borders close and their enemies find them. Now, it’s up to Celia and the Drunk Monkeys to go off-the-grid and commit a little monkey business of their own before time runs out for the human race.
Honestly I have to say it took me a minute to actual get into it, glad I gave it the time. Mrs. Dalton rocks another book. I’ve read plenty of hers in the past, and she never fails to deliver.
Drunk Monkeys had quiet a bit detail in it, but it was needed to get the feel of the book, and where it was going. Its a decent length, and not actually a cliff hanger of sorts.
The characters, you will love the military aspect of this story. A group of men are on the hunt for one of the Doctors responsible for the Kite,( Im thinking zombie), well they are planning on all of the doctors but you have to take one at a time. As the team works through the intel, a tenacious report gets in their line of sight. They cant kill her, but the woman had the luck of finding the Dr. That means she will be around the team whether she likes it or not.
Doc and Tango are assigned as her babysitters.
The other guys seemed pretty awesome, when You get a chance to read about the Reverend I’m so sure you will want to beat him badly yourself. For the tri-couple well.. it started off with Tango and Celia bumping heads, Celia thinks getting the story out there will help her family and of course the rest of the world. Tango dubs her Snowflake.. and not because its cold. (Smiles)
There are definite sparks flying, some inner voices of reason as well as just saying screw it and throwing caution to the wind. The fun little banter between the characters had me laughing, the story line was one that made you guess would the government actually do something like this and the sex… hot and change the sheet worthy. I cant wait to read the other books in this series. Awesome Tymber!! Woot woo girlie.
